These draft Terms are between you and the current legal operator, XX. Tiles Legacy is an unofficial fan/community service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FunPlus or Tiles Survive unless written permission later changes that fact. Questions may be sent to info@tileslegacy.com.
Acceptance and Eligibility
By accessing or using Tiles Legacy, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated below. You may use the service only where you are permitted to do so by applicable law and only with any consent or authority required for your use. Do not use the service if you cannot agree to these Terms. Launch location, operator details, and any additional eligibility requirements remain pending and will be published before launch if applicable.
Accounts and credentials
If an account is available, you must provide information that is accurate for the feature, keep it current, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share, sell, buy, or transfer an account. We may require reasonable verification before changing account information or discussing account details.
Ownership and your content
Tiles Legacy and its original service materials, branding, layouts, and software are owned by XX or its licensors and are protected by applicable rights. You retain any rights you have in content you submit. To operate the service, you grant XX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and moderate your submitted content solely to provide, secure, administer, improve, and promote the service within its normal community functions. This license ends when the content is deleted from active service systems, except to the extent retention is reasonably needed for backups, dispute handling, safety, legal obligations, or content already shared by other users under their own access rights.
Policies and prohibited use
The Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Purchase and Refund Policy, Virtual Currency and Digital Items policy, and Copyright and DMCA Policy are incorporated into these Terms. You must not use the service in a way prohibited by those policies, including abuse, fraud, rights infringement, unsafe conduct, malicious activity, cheating/exploitation, or account trading.
Moderation, suspension, and termination
We may investigate apparent violations and may warn, remove content, limit features, impose suspensions, terminate accounts, or report matters where appropriate. We will consider context and safety where practical. A suspension or termination may end access to the account, submitted content, service features, and associated virtual benefits; it does not erase obligations that by their nature continue. You may request mistaken enforcement appeals through the appeal process in the Community Guidelines, but access need not be restored while review is pending.
Availability, service changes, and closure
The service may have outages, maintenance, errors, delays, feature changes, or discontinuation. We may change, suspend, or remove features and may close the service. Where practical, we will give notice of material service changes. On closure, access to accounts, content, and virtual benefits may end, subject to non-excludable legal rights and any applicable future checkout disclosure.
Purchases and digital benefits
Purchasing is not enabled. If it is enabled later, the applicable checkout disclosure and the Purchase and Refund and Virtual Currency policies will apply. Initial Coin and Elite transactions are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. No purchase term takes effect unless it is displayed at the time of a future checkout.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tiles Legacy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides non-excludable legal rights. Any limitation of liability that may be used for a future launch requires professional legal review and will be published only with the applicable operator and jurisdiction details.
Changes to these terms
Changes to these terms will be posted in the Legal Center with an updated date and version. If a change materially affects use, we will provide any notice required by law or reasonably practical for the service. Continued use after an effective change may mean acceptance where permitted by law; otherwise, stop using the service and contact us with questions.
Agreement mechanics and contact
These Terms and the incorporated policies are the Entire agreement about your use of Tiles Legacy, replacing prior statements about the same subject. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent allowed. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without permission; XX may transfer service operations only as allowed by law and with applicable notice. Contact info@tileslegacy.com for notices or questions.
