Privacy Policy
Draft policies — purchasing is not enabled. Legal operator and launch details are pending.
XX operates Tiles Legacy. Tiles Legacy is an unofficial fan/community service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FunPlus or Tiles Survive unless written permission later changes that fact. For privacy questions or requests, email info@tileslegacy.com.
Current service state
This policy describes the present draft service and its configured community and public-site tools. Purchasing is not enabled: there is no checkout, no current Stripe payment processing, and Tiles Legacy does not store full card data. Future Stripe processing, if commerce is enabled after launch review, will be described at checkout and in an updated policy; it may use Stripe identifiers such as transaction or customer references, but not full payment-card numbers held by Tiles Legacy.
Information you provide
When the relevant feature is available, Information you provide can include account details, profiles, posts/messages, reports, moderation appeals, and support communications. Information in a public profile, post, or message can be visible to the audience selected by the service or the place where you post it. Please do not put sensitive information in public community content.
Information generated by use
Information generated by use includes device/log/security data and service events needed to deliver pages, diagnose errors, protect accounts, investigate abuse, and maintain the service. This draft does not assert a separate advertising or analytics-cookie program; any material cookie or similar technology practice will be verified and described before launch.
Purposes and recipients
We use account and profile data to provide account features; posts/messages to provide community interactions; reports and moderation records to enforce safety rules and handle appeals; support communications to respond to you; and device/log/security data to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service. Other users may receive information you choose to make visible. We may disclose information where necessary to comply with law, protect people and systems, or respond to a valid rights request.
Service providers and their roles
Supabase stores application data used for accounts, profiles, content, and related service records. Vercel provides hosting and may process service delivery and log data. Webador provides public-site functions and receives information submitted through those functions. Discord receives messages and interaction data when you choose to use a Tiles Legacy Discord space; Discord handles that information under its own service terms and privacy materials. These providers receive information only for the functions they provide to or alongside the service.
Retention and safeguards
We retain account and profile information while the account or related support need is active; community content while it remains published or is needed for moderation; support and appeal records while needed to resolve the matter; and device/log/security data for operational, security, dispute, or legal needs. We may retain limited information longer where required or reasonably necessary for those purposes. Safeguards include access controls, service-provider controls, and reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Requests and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or our processing. Email info@tileslegacy.com with the account or contact details needed to locate the request. To protect users, we may ask for information to verify your identity before acting. We will explain if a request cannot be completed because information must be retained for a lawful, safety, dispute, or operational reason.
Children's privacy
Tiles Legacy is not designed to solicit a child's personal information. We do not knowingly use personal information from a child in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email info@tileslegacy.com with enough detail to locate it. After taking reasonable steps to verify the requester and report, we will remove it from active systems unless retention is required for safety, a dispute, or law, and will communicate the outcome when practical.
