How to submit a copyright notice
Email info@tileslegacy.com with the subject line "Copyright notice." Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; a physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact location of the material claimed to infringe (such as a page link, post, account, and screenshot where available); a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
How to submit a counter-notice
If material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, email info@tileslegacy.com with the subject line "Counter-notice." Include a physical or electronic signature; identification and prior location of the removed material; and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. The counter-notice must also include the subscriber's name, address, telephone number; a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where the address is located or, if the subscriber's address is outside the United States, any judicial district where the service provider may be found; and a statement accepting service of process from the original notifier or their agent.
What we may do after a notice
After receiving a facially complete notice, we may review it, contact the parties for clarification, and remove or disable access to identified material where appropriate. We may forward relevant notice information to the affected user so they can understand the claim and submit a counter-notice. A notice does not by itself determine infringement.
What we may do after a counter-notice
After receiving a facially complete counter-notice, we may forward the counter-notice to the reporting party. We may restore access to material when appropriate under applicable law after the required handling period, including where we do not receive notice of a qualifying court action. We do not promise restoration where safety, legal, or other valid grounds independently require continued restriction.
Repeat-infringer policy
We maintain a repeat-infringer policy and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We may also act on other apparent infringement or legal obligations.
Operator status
The Copyright Office DMCA agent designation is not complete while the operator remains XX. Tiles Legacy does not claim completion of any safe-harbor registration. This draft is not a representation that a completed designation or registration exists.
