For general, purchase, privacy, safety, copyright, account, moderation, or technical support, email info@tileslegacy.com. Include a short description, the account email if relevant, date and time, and screenshots or order reference where safe to share.
Keep sensitive information safe
Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers. We will not ask you to email a password or full card number. Use only official account-recovery and payment channels when they are available.
Reports and response
For an urgent safety concern, use local emergency services where appropriate. For service reports, copyright notices, privacy requests, purchase questions, or enforcement appeals, email us with enough detail to investigate. We may need to verify account ownership before discussing an account.
